Yes, to sell your helicopter parts you must create an account and select a subscription plan. We offer three different paid plan options for our sellers. For larger high-volume sellers, we offer a Rotorcrew Pro plan that provides our most flexible solution.
To update your contact information or profile on the website, you can navigate to the “My Account” section and click on “Profile.” From there you will be able to update your personal information as well as your profile to ensure that it accurately reflects you and your listings.
If you are having trouble uploading images for your listing, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Make sure that the images you are trying to upload are in a compatible file format, such as JPEG or PNG. If the images are in a different format, you may need to convert them before uploading. Check the file size of your images and make sure they are within the allowed limit.
If you continue to experience difficulties with uploading images, please contact our support team for further assistance. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To edit or delete your listing after it has been posted, simply log into your account and navigate to the “Manage Ads” section. Here you will have the option to edit or delete your existing listings.
If you encounter any fraudulent or suspicious listings on our platform, please report the issue to us by submitting a report on the ad listing or by contacting our support team directly.
We take all reports of suspicious activity very seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.
All communication with potential buyers will happen directly via email. Rotorcrew will send an initial connection, then all further communications will happen outside of the website.
Congratulations on selling your helicopter part! To mark your listing as sold or to remove it from the website, navigate to “Manage Ads” there you will find options to delete or edit your listing.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and navigate to “Plan & Billing". From there, you can select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel it.
To upgrade your subscription, please log in to your account and navigate to “Plan & Billing”. From there, you can select the subscription you wish to upgrade and follow the prompts.
To feature your listing, please log in to your Rotorcrew.com account and navigate to the "Manage Ads" page. Find the listing you want to feature and click on the "Promote My Ad" button, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
